At Wrapped Up Reads, each blind date with a book is a unique, hand-curated experience crafted with care and intention. Because of the personal and surprise-based nature of our products, all sales are final.
❌ Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Personal taste preferences (e.g., disliking the genre, plot, or writing style)

Previously read titles (though we do our best to avoid repeats!)

Delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping info entered at checkout

Opened or used items, including bundles with bath or self-care products

While we don’t offer refunds, we do care deeply about your experience. If you feel something wasn’t right — whether due to product quality, packaging, or a rare mix-up — please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation and may offer a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at wrappedupreads4you@gmail.com within 7 days. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will work with you to make it right.
