Wrapped Up Reads is a small, independently owned business that provides curated “blind date with a book” experiences and related gift products. All products are sold and fulfilled from within the United States.

Wrapped Up Reads reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
 

2. Products and Services

Each product is hand-curated and described as accurately as possible. However, due to the blind nature of our offerings, we do not guarantee genre preferences, author familiarity, or content themes unless explicitly stated.
 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns, except in cases of order error or damaged goods (see Section 6).
 

3. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental permission to make purchases on our site.

6. Shipping, Lost Items, and Damages

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.

We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence to be eligible for a discount or replacement at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrapped Up Reads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or products.
