At Wrapped Up Reads, every order is hand-packed with care and a little bit of magic. Below is our standard shipping policy so you know what to expect once you place your order.

📦 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Each book and bundle is personally curated and wrapped — please allow time for your package to be prepared with the attention it deserves.

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended. You’ll be notified if any unexpected delays occur.

💸 Shipping Rates

Orders under $50: Flat-rate shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout).
Orders $50 and over: FREE standard shipping within the U.S.

We currently ship only within the United States. We hope to expand to international customers in the future.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier, depending on location and shipping method selected. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

⚠️ Shipping Disclaimer

Wrapped Up Reads is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier (weather, holidays, or service disruptions)
Packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Unclaimed packages or delivery refusal

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to fix it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

📬 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at wrappedupreads4you@gmail.com. We may request photo documentation and/or initiate a claim with the carrier. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we’ll do everything within reason to make things right.
